Just want to give my POV about why people still believe on the lies spread around especially about the health issues of Gardenia. It may be because people have more tendencies to trust what their friends, families and their community said than a company/brand. Most of the lies are spread throughout Facebook, email, talk of mouth which is forwarded and shared through network of friends and families in the intention to warn their beloved without checking the facts first. It is much easier to click the forward button from going online to check the facts. If Gardenia can convey the image of a friendly nutritionist expert to masses I think it can become first source of Facts customer can check first. Just my thoughts

Hi! I would like to inquire if you use the same processing machines for all your breads or separate ones for each type of bread? Because I am afraid if the sliced bread as mentioned earlier is vegetarian but might contain traces of animal products (eg, egg) if it all comes from the same machine as those products with egg ingredient.

Pertaining to your enquiries, we are pleased to inform that ALL our sliced bread do not use eggs in them. Therefore, there is no worries of traces in that sense.
Nevertheless, we would also like to take this opportunity to share with you that all products (buns, waffles & cakes) that uses eggs in their recipes are segregated to their own designated production line.
